Although it starts off that way, this post is actually NOT entirely about dolls.

This amazing Maya is one of the most gorgeous dolls I've ever seen. No, I did not even bother trying to bid on it, as I knew at the very beginning that it would go waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over my price range. Damn, she's pretty! And blue. Gotta love the blue. Yes.

Also, the Bambicrony elf angels are just TOO CUTE, OMG SQUEE. And they have little magnetic wings of cuteness like Ailani. So cute. But I am going to be good, I have Ailani (and all of my other dolls, too) and I don't need a cute little elf angel. No. *sits on hands*

mechamel, question for you: Is your Dollstown Estella head white or pinkwhite? Because I want to know which one matches the delf beauty white. Basically, I'm looking for an SD13-sized girl body with a flat chest that matches Luts bw. Yeah, I don't ask for much, do I? Heh.

Okay, moving on to other topics...

The Takarazuka Review was ELEVENTY-MILLION SHADES OF AWESOME!!!! So cool. There were two shows. The first was a drama about Ryoga Sakamoto, with traditional Japanese costumes and it was dialogue-heavy, not much singing. It was good. The second show, however, was fabulous! Seriously. It was called "I Love Chopin" and it was tacky and cheesy and glittery and feathery and more sparkley than Broadway and Las Vegas combined. Every time I thought that they couldn't possibly wear a more over-the-top, sparkley costume, the next singing number came on and OMG. SO TACKY! It was beautiful. Now I really wish that I had gotten off my butt and gotten tickets for other shows earlier in the year, especially the French Revolution show, because now I am imagining all of the crack I could have been enjoying... *giggles*

USJ was okay. We went on Spider-Man, Backdraft, and E.T. Adventure. Yes, only three rides because the park was totally packed. It was a nice day, but I don't have to go back. USJ was very, very different from Universal Studios Hollywood. I don't really know how to explain the difference, though... Hm. Just, different. *shrugs*

A good weekend. ^_^
