Happy National Beheading Day!!!

So. Hot. So so so hot. Ugh, today was just beyond belief. Our temperature guage read 122 degrees next to the baked concrete. Today was not a day to be outside. Yuck.

I spent most of today watching anime. Hehehe.

Huh. To celebrate National Beheading Day I guess I'll go read some Highlander fics. Ah, Highlander, one of my very first online fandoms...

I'm also considering re-reading some of my favorite Anne McCaffrey books, but that has nothing to do with National Beheading Day. Either the Crystal Singer series or the Dragons of Pern series. Mm hmm.

I like long weekends.
