alone on a swing

(no subject)

*pathetic look* I don't wan't to go to school today! *whine* Can't I at least skip my Criminology class?

My lips feel weird. Not chapped but... dry and stretched and weird and I've tried aloe vera gel and vitamin E oil and still.

Bitch bitch, moan moan. Yeah, my life really sucks. *rolls eyes* Okay, stopping with all that for now.

I'm stuck on my HP/SS challenge story. It's not moving. I don't know how to resolve it. Eeeeee!

Say, Al? When ARE we going to get our suspenders? I really need to order mine. (See, I've learned my lesson! Costuming should not be left to the very last second.)

This is a MUCH better description of Fire Season in L.A. than what I posted three entries back.

This is damn funny. I mean, what exactly WERE the Harry Potter marketing people thinking when they came out with the vibrating broom?

You know what? I suck. I really really do. And I'm late. And I'm listening to weird French rap songs. (Huh?)

la? la la la la. aaaaah, la! la.

Man, I am so tired but I'm also totally wired.

So, yes, I did end up skipping my Crim class today. I just... really really didn't feel like going. I know that's not a good excuse, but it's all I've got. I feel kind of guilty. I don't usually skip ANY classes, really! So. Behavior Disorders then I went to work for awhile then I had a meeting with my 321 research partner, then I had Experimental Psych. I managed to write another paragraph for my HP/SS story in that class (bad me, bad me, hehe!), yay! Then... Helpline training. Exhausting. Really. Today's topics were loneliness, depression, death and dying, with a little bit of personality disorders thrown in just to spice it up. I can't say any more other than that my session really wrung me out. Whew! And then I had a mile and a half walk to my car through a dark and scary campus. No big deal, actually, I just like to hype it up.

I need to wash my car. It is beyond dirty. Dirt really shows up more with the darker paint. Whatever.

Oh, I finished Bobby's Girl today! It was cute, but not what I'd call a great novel, or even great science fiction. I did enjoy it, but some of it bugged me. I mean, the alien race wasn't all that alien and this great tragic war didn't seem to get anyone emotionally involved in it. Still, it was fun and had some points of interest, like the descriptions of a soldier's philosophy and the bits about Los Angeles (although one of the main characters went to Taft High School, for shame!) and Hollywood and the motion picture industry. It felt like a B-grade movie, but one of those fun campy ones, not too atrociously cheesy.

I ordered a whole bunch of t-shirts this morning. Sinfest, Megatokyo, and Strange Candy tees. 0_0 See, I was cleaning up my room and I took the drawers under my bed out and fished out some t-shirts I'd thought I'd lost and sorted out the ones with holes and stains and decided that I really needed more. So there you go.

Okay, I think I've unwound enough to go to sleep now. I'm sure yawning enough. Night.
