staying up late is bad

tears of fatigue are actually running down my face

Seriously, who the fuck moves into their new apartment at 1:30am? *stabitty death*

Anyway, today I had my first Japanese lesson. Whoo hoo, its only taken three months! Oh, and it was rather crap, but it's free, so really, I can't complain.

Also, I am sick. Again. EVIL CHILDREN, WHY MUST THEY GIVE ME THEIR GERMS!!!! Seriously, I have a bit over two dozen kids that I teach over the course of the week, and most of them go to some other form of school (several go to more than one or two other schools besides mine), which puts me in potential contact with a SHITLOAD of germs. And seriously, I swear they do it on purpose, sometimes! Like Mizuki, who coughed directly into my face last week and probably gave me this. (Or maybe someone else did, I dunno. Yes, I am being a bit irrational, but I'm still reeling from the shock of all of my new kids classes and the new text books so I'm entitled to my complaints, so there, nyah!)

God, I hate the beginning of the school year. SO MUCH. Thank god we get Golden Week a month into it. Seriously, I am totally counting down the days.

Although, I don't have my requested holidays confirmed yet. I asked for May 6th off to spend with inkwraith and May 16-20 off to spend with my Mum. I have faxed my request four times, email, done the online request, and called head office several times, yet still... STILL... nothing. Grr. Fuck it, I'll take some unpaid sick days for 'em if I need to. I WILL be spending time with my best friend and my mum instead of working and nothing they can say or do will stop me.

On an more spiffy note, Easter Sunday was quite fun, what with having withinity and Jenny over for movie night. We watched The Slipper & the Rose (one of my favorites) and some of Love Actually and withinity and I played with and talked dolls while Jenny looked upon us with accepting bemusement. Also, there was (and still is, actually) much junk food to be had. Yay, junk food!

Here is a meme that I will do:
1. YOUR ROCK STAR NAME: (pet and current street name)
Angel (My street doesn't actually have a name, so I will just have to be one of those cool rock stars like Cher that don't actually need a second name. Or, I guess I could be Angel Harada. Haradanaka is the area I live in.)

2. YOUR MOVIE STAR NAME:(grandmother/grandfather on your father's side and your favourite candy)
Elizabeth Cadbury (Sounds kinda classy, I think.)

3. YOUR "FLY GIRL/GUY" NAME: (first initial of first name, first two or three letters of your last name)
E-Kid. (That's just boring. And really close to various nicknames I've had throughout my life. T-Ki? K-Ki? K-Kid? Eh, nothing works. I am not fly.)

4. YOUR DETECTIVE NAME: (favorite color, favorite animal)
Green Snake (Hm. Also kinda boring.)

5. YOUR SOAP OPERA NAME: (middle name, city where you were born)
Tara Tarzana (Hey! This fits PERFECTLY! That would make a great soap opera name.)

6. YOUR STAR WARS NAME: (first 3 letters of your last name, last 3 letters of mother's maiden name, first 3 letters of your pet's name)
Kidaleang (Geez, what species would I be in Star Wars?)

7. JEDI NAME: (middle name spelled backwards, your mom's maiden name spelled backwards)
Annanai-Ycnan Aratarednaxela (Bitchin'. I would kick ass as a Jedi, too.)

8. SUPERHERO NAME: ("The", your favorite color, the automoblie you drive)
The Green Accord (It sounds like an anti-pollution treaty. Or, since I technically don't drive any sort of automobile at the moment, I guess I would just be The Green.)
