Clover: I really miss my brother.
Clover: He may be a completely overprotective doofus, but it's still nice to have family and to know that they care for you. Now that we're seperated again I'm finally realizing how much he means to me.
Kalila: "Yo, Clo! What's up? Um... you look sad. Is something wrong?"
Clover: "Just a little homesick, I guess."
Kalila: "Yeah, I know what you mean. I miss Quin and Sabine and the rest of the gang, too. Especially Lycoris."
Kalila: "But at least we have each other, right?"
Olwyn: "And what are you two up to today?"
Kalila: "None of your beeswax."
Clover: "Ignore her, Olwyn. We're both feeling a bit down -- missing our family, you know how it is."
Olwyn: "Not really, no."
Olwyn: "But I'm sorry you're feeling bad."
Kalila: "What do you mean that you don't really know about missing your family? You're here away from everyone just like us!"
Olwyn: "It's just... I've never really had a family. Not really."
Kalila: "Wow, that sucks!"
Clover: "But how about before you came to Bordertown? Where did you live?"
Olwyn: "I lived..."
Olwyn: "Well. It wasn't a nice place."
Olwyn: "He never hurt us. Never even touched us. We were fed, housed, and provided everything. All we had to do was look pretty. We were... ornaments. His collection of rare beauties. It wasn't really bad, but it was nothing like growing up with a family."
Clover: "Oh Olwyn, I'm sorry."
Kalila: "Did you at least have any friends?"
Kalila: "My parents are the pits and I never see them and Clover's locked her up in a tower, but at least we had our friendship, even though we'd never met. We were dream friends and we kept each other sane. And now I have Quin and Sabine and she has Rook and we have Lycoris to take care of us. Did you have... anyone?"
Olwyn: "Yes, I did have one friend -- another one of his collection. She was older than me and she looked out for me. She helped me escape. I miss her, I guess."
Clover: Hmm, I wonder if we could find this friend of Olwyn's...?
