I really like "Girl Meets Girl." Sandra Delete rocks!
Spent a couple of hours today entering survey data into SPSS. I was saved from total mind-numbing boredom by listening to my new CD. I put "Rice & Curry" on repeat and danced in my chair while my fingers flew across the keyboard. Soon we'll be collecting the post-project data for this semester and I'll have even *more* data to enter. Scary.
My partner didn't show up for the class today, so I had to teach the most difficult subject in the curriculum by myself. Eh, it was okay. I think I did fine. The term is over next Friday. Aw, I'm going to miss the smart-ass little buggers. I think I'll bring them candy or something for our last class. It's sure been an experience. I don't think I want to be a full-time teacher, but it was fun while it lasted.
My new "Banana Fish" came today!!! Wheee! Pretty pretty tortured Ash with ripped shirt holding a BFG... Heh, yeah. Mmmm. But it was sad, too. Oh Shorter....
I've abandoned Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for the moment and am reading Kesrith by C.J. Cherryh, the first book of The Faded Sun Trilogy. Interesting. I've never really been able to get into a Cherryh book before, but I do like this one. I'll get back to Hogwarts later...
I have two items due for my collection project in Folklore on Friday and I haven't found anything yet. Need foodways, belief, celebration, or custom. Any suggestions?
